If we can't find anything wrong with your app, we pay you $10.

Our QA team, a marketing specialist and our community all go through your product. Testing is free. If none of them finds anything to report, the $10 is yours.

Free account required, so you can follow your request. See the rules.

Why we do this

Yes, it's a crazy offer.

You have looked at your product a thousand times, so you no longer see what a stranger trips over on their first visit. We open it with no assumptions and no shortcuts, and we're confident enough in what we find to put money on it.

Why would we do this? Because we're betting that once you see what we find, you'll want the full report. That's how we make our money. And if we find nothing, the $10 is yours.

What we test

Three reviews of one product

Marketing specialist

UI and UX

  • Is it clear what your product does and who it is for?
  • Do the layout and visuals guide people to the next step?
  • Where do steps feel confusing, slow or harder than they should?
QA team

Bugs

  • Sign-up, onboarding and your core flows
  • Empty fields, long names, odd characters, double clicks and the back button
  • Different browsers and screen sizes
Our community

First impression

  • What do they think it does in the first few seconds?
  • What made them hesitate or lose interest?
  • Would they try it again?
What happens next

You send one URL. There are two endings.

We find something

You find out before your customers do. Each bug comes with its severity, the steps to reproduce it and the device it happened on. The first 3 issues are free, and you can unlock the rest with a one-time payment.

We find nothing

We pay you $10, and you can tell your team that three separate reviews looked for problems and came up empty.

The rules

No small print, just these four rules

What counts as something wrong

Anything. A bug, a UI or UX problem, a marketing suggestion or first-impression feedback from any of the three reviews. If any review finds something to report, the $10 doesn't apply.

Who can claim it

One $10 payment per company, on its first test request, for a product you own or are authorised to have tested.

What we can test

A live, working product that people can use. A placeholder, a coming-soon page or a product we can't get into doesn't qualify. If we decline a request, we tell you why, and the $10 doesn't apply.

How you get paid

If your report comes back empty, write to support@gorillaqa.com within 30 days of receiving it. We agree how to pay you and send the $10 within 14 days.

The same rules are in our terms of service.

FAQ

You probably have questions

Is this real?

Yes. If our QA team, marketing specialist and community find nothing to report about your product, we pay you $10. The rules on this page and in our terms are all the conditions there are.

What's the catch?

There's no charge to enter, but this is how we find new customers. Testing is free, and so are the first 3 issues in your report. If we find more, you can unlock the full report with a one-time payment, and you see the price before you pay. Paying is optional.

Does an empty report mean my product is bug-free?

No. It means we didn't find anything during this test. No test can promise that a product has no bugs at all.

Do you need a login to my product?

No. If your product needs an account, we create our own. Use the notes field to tell us what to focus on or avoid, such as real payments.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of your product and how many requests are waiting. Your dashboard shows each request as pending, in testing or tested.

Is my product kept confidential?

Your report is visible only to you and the GorillaQA team, and our team treats everything it sees as confidential. Our community tries your product and gives us their first impression, but they never see your report.
