Terms of service

Last updated October 2026

The service

GorillaQA is a team of testers who use your product by hand and send you a report of the problems they find. Testing is free. After you receive a report you may leave a voluntary tip. Tips are optional.

Your responsibilities

  • Only submit websites you own or are authorised to have tested.
  • Tell us in your notes about anything we should avoid, such as real payments or destructive actions.
  • Keep your account details accurate and your password private.

What we do and don't do

We test as ordinary users. We don't perform load testing, security or penetration testing, and we don't try to break into your systems. We may create accounts on your website to test it.

Accepting requests

We may decline a request. When we do, we'll tell you why on the request page.

Reports

Reports show the problems we found. We can't promise we found every problem, and a report isn't a guarantee that your product is free of defects.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, GorillaQA isn't liable for indirect losses or for losses beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending your account

You can stop using GorillaQA at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
